BS Tech First is an independent software company that develops and licenses trading platform software to regulated brokerage firms. We are not a broker. We do not hold client funds. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The BS Trader desktop and mobile applications (together, the “App”) are software tools that allow users to connect to a broker of their choice.

BS Tech First does not collect any personal data through the BS Trader App.
This is verifiable: our published builds contain none of the data-collection libraries commonly found in mobile and desktop apps (Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
The desktop App may contact BS Tech First servers only to download the public list of available broker servers and, for copies installed outside the Microsoft Store, to check for software updates. These requests do not include your trading account, your login details, or any other personal information.
When you use the App, you must select and connect to a broker (for example, BSI FX). All account-related information — including, without limitation:
…is handled exclusively by the broker you select. Your broker is the data controller for all such information. The broker’s own privacy policy and terms of service govern how your data is collected, used, stored, transferred, and shared.
We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of any broker before opening an account with them.
To restore your workspace each time you open it, the desktop App stores the following only on your own computer: saved accounts and login details you choose to remember, chart layouts, templates, drawings, indicator and robot scripts, and platform settings. This data is never sent to BS Tech First. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the App or deleting its data folder.
If you contact BS Tech First directly — for example, by writing to info@bstechfirst.com or through our website — we receive only the information you choose to send us (typically your name, email address, and the content of your message). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is retained for up to 24 months.
Communication between the App and your broker’s server is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS / WSS). BS Tech First does not intercept, decrypt, store, or otherwise process the encrypted traffic flowing between the App and your broker.
BS Trader is intended for users aged 18 or older. The App is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly process information about children under 18.
Because BS Tech First does not collect personal data through the App, there is no personal data of yours that we hold to access, correct, or delete. Data stored on your own computer by the desktop App is under your control and can be deleted as described in Section 4. If you wish to exercise rights regarding your trading account data, please contact your broker directly — they are the data controller for that information.
If you have previously corresponded with us by email and wish us to delete your correspondence, you may write to info@bstechfirst.com, and we will honor your request within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
